Do you have an awning on the slide? It could be jammed and holding it in.... see if it buckles when you try to open it. When I installed mine I forgot to pull the retainer pin and it was strong...

Oh yeah...it is my understanding that Atwood heaters do not need an anode rod. Does this sound correct? I have the plastic plug.

Pretty sure its an Atwood. I have an on/off toggle inside for elec and another separate on/off switch for gas. No books came with the RV. I guess I should get one.

Window latch ( knob )

I just bought a 2015 passport 2400. The two windows by the bunks have knobs to turn to open the windows and I can turn them a little then the window tried to open but binds up. The other windows work...
