We had both batteries freshly charged and we hooked up to shore power via a 110 converter. The smaller rear slide worked fine but the front slide we didn’t even hear the motor engage.

The underside is sealed for all season camping. I only found the grey and black water drain as well as the 2 drains mentioned before. As for the slide out is is a cable slide.
