There are two (2) wires in the taillight going to the bulb is one for the running lights and one for the brake/turn signals or do I have do delv deeper into more...

I have a 2017 Cougar xlite travel trailer. I have an observation camera mounted to the spare tire carrier just so I can see behind me when I pass.
I want the camera to be on when my Tow Vehicle...
