I checked the neutral connections for a second...

I checked the neutral connections for a second time and removed and checked the breakers and reinstalled them. I tested the fridge with an extension cord, which worked. All of a sudden everything...

This is where I get stymied, the WFCO is mounted under the sink, the 110V outlet is mounted just inside the cabinet, I have power to the outlet, inverter/charger not working, 40 amp fuse not blown....
