On second ex6500

Well I sent back my ex6500 and received another one. Well in about an hour it did the same thing.. Maybe I just don't know how to use the darn thing. Can 2 be bad and power off at the exact same time...

The alarm is off. I mean when powers off it resets the whole unit. The clock goes back to 1200.

I bought a new passport 3320 in May. We took it out for its first journey a few days later. We found out in an hr that the Irv dvd player after being powered on it powers off and powers itself on...
