I have the same problem. its a bad pilot light, barely stays lit and when the temp of the oven is on low, and the burner cycles of to maintain the low oven temp, the pilot light would usually of died...

Hi, i have recently purchased the retreat 39 fden. we really like it. it isvery comfortable. it is very large. we had to have the converter replaced in it as soon as we bought it because it was bad....
