Firestation, if you noticed my other reply, I believe I found where water was getting in. The fridge vent cover was falling apart and allowing rain in there. I think the mystery is solved.

It only took almost a year but I think I know what caused this. The fridge vent was falling and allowing water into the back of the fridge. Vent is replaced so will see if that solves this for good.

not really... it went from massively uneven wear to even treadware. The right tire wore down in 3k miles on one side; the other tire was wearing fine. rotated the spare on and it did the same.

I no longer own that trailer. The original tires were bias ply iirc and past date when i got the trailer. The first replacements which wore unevenly were also bias. The ones that lasted were radial....

That is what I do... blow out the lines(~40PSI) and then add antifreeze to the drains to make sure it is in the traps. Don't forget to blow out the black tank cleanout. No issues with broken...
