I've got the same setup you're wanting. I close off the vent in the front bedroom when running both of them. We also use the foil bubble type insulation in the windows during the summer.

I think it's a crap shoot. We had a 2006 model Keystone and the stairs started to fall off after 8 years. Bought a 2015 model Keystone and had a complete wheel/hub fall off going down the highway...
