How do you get that panel off. I tried to gently pop it off but was afraid of breaking it, so I didn't get it off. Thx

I have a 2020 passport 199ml and the 3 switches that control the awning lights, interior and the accent lights quit working. At first all three of those would go dim or sometimes wouldn't turn off...
