I'm connected to city water. I know it's enough to turn it on because as soon as I open the flush valve it starts right up.

Thank you so much! Turns out it was the AC heating element. I had a friend with a voltmeter, and it was a very easy fix. Just had to wait a while for the part. My fridge works better than it does on...
