That's just a little guy, max gvw of trailer is #17000, #3400 pin. Empty is #14500ish and #2600 pin.

As someone else stated, load er up and weigh it. Only way to know the real weights.

Mine have done that, or they won't come up at all sometimes. Just cycle up and down a few times and things usual smarten up. There's been a few valves where the set screw hasn't been snuggled down...
