Nothing, no rollers, no slides. Wood on wood. That’s the beauty of it. Got the idea from two different videos. One video for this project, another video for some sliding drawers for the truck....

Sorry, I’m slow! If you’re talking bearing buddies, than I could understand the risk of blowing out the inner seal. As you could over pressurize, thus causing a problem.

I did this for years on a boat trailer. With no issues. Never read anything on the fishing forums...

Made some Sliding Drawer's for front Pass Thru

About 16" Wide, Each one about 47" long, 3" deep, 1/2" plywood.
For the uprights - 2x8s, routed them 3/4" deep, 3 +" wide, and high enough to clear the bottom lip of the pass throughs, left an inch...
