Tick/clicking noise

Just noticed last night. Makes noise plugged in or unplugged. with battery switch on or off. Not fridge or hot water heater. Does not sound like it is coming from fuse...

Vent Covers, Maxxair or Camco?
I put Camco covers on my last trailer. Couldn't open vents all the way. Wondering if the Maxxair cover allow for this and what about Maxxair II?
