Ram dealer here in Cody, WY wouldn’t even come to hear it and sent me to Auto Zone to have them read a code. Auto Zone was nicer than the dealer and came to the truck with his code reader....

Slideout scuffs floor when retracted
2019 COUGAR HALF TON 22RBS
The rear side of the slide out scuffs the flooring when it is retracted. Could this be an adjustment problem or is there possibly more problems.
