Denial is always possible. This is a known issue with these units and they have honored some second owner issues regarding this. The first step to know for sure is to take to a dealer inspection...

If Keystone is offering to take it back to the factory for repairs, they would be covering it under warranty. I would advise that you speak directly with Keystone about the plan.

I would go ahead and take this to the dealer as soon as possible for the inspection process. There is a good chance Keystone may cover this under warranty if handled properly. Good luck!
