yup to all that. the 7 pin seems to be the worst. the contact cleaner does the job i just have to keep on top of it.

Creeper is not an option in the summer I am parked on grass. pics I had seen etc. led me to look in the big area inboard of the frame and on the slide, drain, water hook up side. thats what happens...

Mine is behind a false wall in the front storage, sounded like it was in the night stand but is underneath it. was all set up with valve and hose for winterizing. YMMV

I cant get the pictures to work but I have to agree with you, there is no flaking and after looking at it again does seem more like stains. Ill just keep an eye on it and the bubble as well
