I would not trust anything with any leverage as the aluminum stud is very thin and not holding by more than 2 threads on any screw. More is better and spreads out the load.

I drive my dually through touchless carwash regularly. Proximity sensors check size out and good to go.

You will be much happier in the long run if you go DRW. Ya there are downsides to a Dually but with that weight it is the best way to go. I personally would choose a 3.73 gear also.

This is not correct. Valve adjustments are still necessary but interval is 150000 miles. They are not hydraulic adjusters
