Leaking toilet valve

Leaking toilet valve

Flush valve will not close completely when you flush. Have to bump it to make sure it closes completely or the water leaks out of bowl.

Interested to know if there are people who own this model, and opinions of it. Also what can I use to clean tank sensors?
