Thanks, I did . They said I have to take a picture and send them that . They didn't know what a straptek was at first but they were really nice and wanted to help. Going camping Friday so we'll see.

Straptek broke
Hi I just went to tighten the strap on the strapteks and one of the nuts that you use to tighten the strap broke right where the pin goes through. It's the 1 1/8 nut. First time installing them....
