I emailed Dometic with all the numbers on the labels. They finally sent parts list, but not all arm parts are sold separately. I did find most of the parts on Ebay. Hopefully they fit properly.

I made some small slits (cuts) in the wrinkled sections of the paper, and applied wallpaper glue to the back...then smoothed out. It worked out pretty well. We live in AZ as well, so it makes sense...

If it were water damage to the Luan, I would expect it to look like typical plywood damage with veneer separating, warping and buckling...but this is the surface only that is wrinkled...like contact...
