Ours is accessible by removing a drawer in the back bedroom of our Copper Canyon.

No low point valves, just the caps but they are easy to access and remove.

They all freeze up below 30...

Many states have a lemon law. Keep track of every minute its in for service and look into your state laws. Either they fix it, or they take it back. That's how it works here in TX.

My 34' Sprinter Copper Canyon is on an auto slider in my dodge and it gets within an inch of smashing the cab. I cannot imagine it without a slider. :)
