Sounds like you have a dirty thermocoupler. They can be cleaned with some emery cloth. Or get a new thermocouples. I would try cleaning it first.

I brought home a Passport 239ml today. The furrion camera that I bought would not work plugged into the trailer. I took it into the Truck and the camera worked when plugged in.
