Yes, bent axle seems to be the consensus. I'll hit the phone tomorrow. I believe there is a facility nearby that can do or at least should be able to. They do semi-trailers.

I pulled all 4 tires to have GM pressure sensors installed. I found that my left rear tire has excessive wear from the center to the inside. All 4 tires are Carlisle and installed about 6k miles ago....
