How to change a black tank drain

I have a 2021 couger 316rls 5th wheel. How do I change the black tank drain valve. I believe a seal has come out of place and is jamming the valve.

Hello. We just skirted our 31rls. Wood framing, marine vinyl and bubble wrap insulation.
2 big vents and fan.
We have heard of potential issues. Would welcome some comments.

Help! No heat

Help! 2021 Couger 316RLS. My furnace fan will start and then shut off. Furnace does not lite.
What can I check? Of course it happens in a snow storm in Victoria.
