electric fireplace model BLT-999A-2
the fireplace works great until its turned on high. any ideas other than the heating element being bad? if it is the heating element how difficult is it to replace the element.

ended up having a service guy come out and...
ended up having a service guy come out and replace the motor., it took two people to get it in and out I got a deal $330 on the $400 motor with $100 install. I hope keystone reimburses me on warranty...
