Solved the problem
Well, turns out the furnace was not the problem. I disconnected the furnace and still had fuse blowing. Pulled the breaker panel to check for loose wire. Surprise, Keystone tied the refrigerator into...

Mine was an inline fuse but it's been replaced with an automotive type. It's the black connector on the orange wire. In-lines are stuffed into plastic tube so you might need to hunt along the tubing....
