How about just adding something under the head of the bed to raise it, like those cheap foam interlocking garage mats, or double up your mattress underlay (Hypervent, Den-Dry, etc)?

I just saw this Keystone SolarFlex 400i demo unit. A bit confusing the extra wires at the "Inverter prep" box, the 6"x6" box in the middle of the pic, etc. Ugh. How confusing!

Yup I was specifically thinking of the Andersen hitch, which I've heard decent things about. Hard to beat Equalizer, but boy is it heavy.
