I have a new purchase of a 2010 Alpine model 3640.
I will be having a satellite dish installed on a permanent post and then cable connected to the exterior connection in the exterior control box....

We are in very cold country, so we use the furnace a lot. I will be using a electric heater in the living room until I find out what the problem is....
