It would be on the sides where the ducting meets the opening. In units with second AC prep only, those openings are taped to prevent loss of cold air into the space between the ceiling and roof.

I have seen the divider missing, the ceiling plenum (grate) and the mounting plate put on backwards. Also the ducting blocked off with aluminum tape. I doubt any ductwork ďfell offĒ as itís a channel...

I use a slotted prybar to remove the rivets....

I use a slotted prybar to remove the rivets. Gotta be careful not to damage the coroplast. I start under the coroplast and once I get the rivet to start backing out I use the prybar under the washer....

Use putty tape behind the plate and you should be ok. The biggest issue is the catch plate on the door. Position it so at least two screws catch the frame, since the door is basically styrofoam.

Most have a sticker that says the bunk should be locked in the UP position. I suspect itís to stop it from bouncing on the rails.

Yes they do, IF YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM. Not going to argue with anybody, but after YEARS of working on THOUSANDS of different units, I have always been able to make them work..Just sayin :)
