Look for "Maximum Conventional Trailer"...

Look for "Maximum Conventional Trailer" specification on the yellow sticker. I don't think it has any bearing on ability to pull up hills however.

There is a product called "Plumber's Goop" which is some kind of elastomeric stuff. It gets stiff but is flexible. The fitting doesn't have much pressure on it at all.
