Bedroom slide goes in and living room slide goes in, but stop about 3/4 of the way in. Any instructions on manual override?

I have a 2005 Keystone travel trailer and the Refrigerator roof vent broke off and the screws have also broken, is there a way to put a new vent cover only or do I have to replace the base and...
