I think I have narrowed it to a wire daisy chained from the refrigerator.
It just happened that was the 1st wire I disconnected from the outlet.
All the other outlets are working....

There is also a pressure adjustment screw on Flo-jet pumps. If all the other recommendations don't solve the issue, you can adjust the pressure screw. It worked for me.
