I would start by checking the voltage at the fixture.. LED "bulbs" do not typically burn out. The drivers become defective. You may have a poor connection causing low lumens.

Hyper-deck was first used in the 2020 model year Bullet trailers. It is only used on the floors. It is not used in the wall structure.

My 2019 Bullet didn't have it, but my 2020 does.
