I have a 2019 Cougar only used once and had the same problem. The one in the middle worked, one outside barley worked and the rest not at all. replace all 5 with l.e.d ones from amazon for 15 bucks....

Truck is a 16 2500 6.4 with a bilstein lvl kit and shocks. Pulls it great Chris. I do run an Equilizer hitch also.
