Had a very similar issue, had one wire that somehow shorted on the control board and burned up but not all the way. Re-spliced a good wire in its place and no issues.

Had a burned wire on mine, luckily it didn't take the board with it but I had to completly remove the furnace on my 32rli and bring it in as I suspected sail switch.. just 1 bad wire.

Sounds like a converter to me. the secondary job of a convertor is to charge batteries when on shore power.

I killed 2 converters before i just opted for a bigger converter. I got the biggest my tech said I should get for safety reasons, which was a 70a.

Im well aware how it works, im also a commercial driver. The rating on trucks serves as more guidelines to me as for example, I have F350 srw at work that are derated to 3/4 ton for registration...
