Absolutely 100% sure. The toilet has not been used in months, matter of fact I have to go add water once in awhile otherwise it evaporates and the seal gets dry.

It's clear water, but if it sits in a tank for a couple days it comes out light brown, just from the residual residue left in that tank when I used to use it.
