Had similar issue with our new trailer, turned...
Had similar issue with our new trailer, turned water pressure off, was able to turn switch to fill in wet bay and back when tank filled up.
Since then not so many problems trying to fill or top off...

Max water pressure
Had my water regulator set to 40psi, last night I noticed it was in the mid 40 range. Thought I read somewhere max water pressure for these rigs is 50 psi?
BTW my trailer is a FB 3971 Montana 2022...
