If there is cable TV, can I get internet?

My site has cable TV but I haven't used it. Their WiFi is terrible. Does the existence of the cable mean Internet is possible?

Accessory

My challenger came with hoses and a storage spot. For the loungers, do you mean the Cabelas zero gravity ($49) or the Cabelas zero gravity padded ($79)?
