Hello. My wife and I are going to try to snowbird this winter. We have a place reserved in the Naples area, but we can’t leave Massachusetts until after Christmas. We are totally new campers, and have done no traveling as of yet, never mind winter traveling. We have a fifth wheel with 3 slides. Our concerns are overnighting during freezing weather. At what temperature is it not a good idea to open the slides since the seals could crack? Are there many campsites still open at that time of year? What about water lines freezing? Is this even possible, or just a bad idea? As you can see, we are totally new at this. Your comments are appreciated.
