Wanted to get this out there for other 23rb owners. read the operation manual for the furnace, it told me to contact a service man to reset the main breaker switch. Read the install manual to figure out that we have a small outlet model furnace which has the breaker way in the back on top of the furnace. fully accessible folks. Just remove the cold air return vent from in front which is below the fridge on this model. use flash light so you can see to the back. in the middle is a black bump reach back and toggle it a couple of times waiting a second or two between toggles ensuring that when you stop have the side with the raised braille feeling bump on the switch which is on the end facing you. or at least ours was. once that end was pushed down. I turned the thermostat on to heat turned it up to 80. and low and behold the furnace came on. so save some money check the switch. If your furnace is not coming on at all that is probably the issue. god bless and great camping to you all

Newby that started in 2018. Did some camping with parents when a kid. Tent and perfect camper van. loads of fun. wife has always camped. travel trailer and class c. we decided to buy a trailer and get started. We have a keystone passport elite 23rb 26 foot all open with one slide. good fit for us in 2018. we were headed back from a trip and I did not notice that the wife did not turn off thermostat while closing up to leave. so furnace was running while going down the road. bad idea. got home and the furnace would do nothing.
looked everywhere on line to find out how to fix this problem. got no where.
