Cougar 5W Slideout Bike Rack

I have the Cougar 5W 278RKS. Does anyone have a good mod plan for the bike rack? Would like to mod for two bikes, stand up type, easy-on/easy-off.

If you do a forum search you will find that this has been discussed many times and photos hve been posted. Be sure to check the welds on the two L brackets that support it (where the locking pins go) this is the weak point of the rack.
