Thermostat and Keys

I have a new 2013 Alpine with the whisper air and 13,500 in Bedroom trying to get the heat pump to come but it does not show up on T stat goes to furn. It's 50 degrees out so it should come on i would think. I have the white rectangular stat. tried doing system reset on t stat by pushingmode and zone buttons at same time its supose to show IniT but it doesn't will be calling dealer tom. but what am i doing wrong.

I got it, another question whats the best way to get another set of keys.

I don't know where to get keys, just wanted to say HI, congrats on the new rig. We have the same rig as you, and are very happy with ours.:):)

Thanks just waiting to get out on 1st trip do you have any suggestions i need to look out for on this alpine.

Thanks for the info found the FIC key. Does the the door key come from Lippert?
