Hello all I am a new homesteader. We are currently living permanently in our Summerland 303DSBH boy has that taken some getting used to. We recently moved to Kentucky following a job and have decided to live in our camper until we can save up for a down payment. The hardest part is not having enough storage. Our TV is an 02 Excursion w/ 7.3L Diesel. We are staying at a campground right on the Kentucky river. I have been reading posts and finally decided to join the forum.

Welcome aboard & glad to have you with us.

I know that Kentucky can get cold in the winter - as we were there previously with our friends who worked for Amazon during the Holidays.....

BRRRRRR.......

Stay warm and enjoy !

I can imagine that, after living in a stick house, full-timing in an RV would take some "getting used to" - especially the lack of storage space. Hopefully the transistion won't take too long and you will become very creative after a while.
:wlcm: to the forum and glad to have you join in.

:wlcm: to the forum. Full timing is a challenge, but for many a rewarding way of life. I'm wondering how I could pull my pole barn, my boat and my 4 wheelers with me if we decided to full time???? Hmmmmm Maybe that's why my DW keeps finding me chores around here? So I won't start planning how to put axles under the pole barn?????

Anyway, Welcome, we're glad to have you join our "big happy family"

Thank you all for the warm welcome. We are definitely finding ways to improve storage. Keeping warm has not been to difficult even with the lows dropping into the teens on occasion. We like it colder than warmer.
