We replaced both TVs (and added one to the basement). We had to modify the living room mount and redo the mount and cabinet in the bedroom, which added additional storage behind it...

I would be very interested in seeing and reading details of the basement installation of your TV. Running power, coax etc.

Our Avalanche 330RE had a coax and 110 plug already in the basememt. All I did was find one of the side wall supports and mounted the TV bracket to the support with machine screws going thru support. Then I moved the power and coax thru the side wall. I just used a short section of coax and wired in a plug to the power in the basement. I went this route and not leaving the basement door open to let A/C out and flying bugs in.
