We purchased a New 2007 Montana Moutaineer. One recliner's mechanism broke within 1 month. We took it to Camping World in Robertsdale, Alabama. BEWARE ****
After having the recliner 5 months we told them we would pick it up and deal with Keystone ourselves. When we picked it up, it was in pieces and the fabric ripped up the back of the chair. It took me 2 months of calls (some not too pleasant) and they finally offered me a check to buy a new chair and leave them alone. Persistance pays off! This is the only problem we have had with our 5th wheel and we love it. Just had a very bad experience right off the bat.
