Hi everyone. New Keystone owner here from Miami. Just picked up a Passport 2300BH from Ft. Myers RV. Previously had a 19' Trail Lite, Model 8211. The Passport is 4 feet longer, plus the slide!!! Slide makes a huge difference. Trail Lite served us well for 8 years, but was time for a change. Beside the slide, we appreciate the ducted ac, the bigger walk around bed, the swivel TV (very cool idea) and the bigger bath to name a few. Here's a few photos of the old and new:

Out with the old:

I'm sure you'll enjoy the additional space created by the slide and the extra length. Both will certainly make your camping experiences more enjoyable - especially on those rainy days!

Glad to have you join us, :wlcm: and...:ny3:

Welcome from a fellow Floridian. Question: were those first couple of pictures taken at Koreshan State park? It looks like one of the sites I've been in before. Anyway, good luck and enjoy your new RV.

Thanks for the welcome messages everyone.

Keeper, those photos were at Myakka River State Park on the west coast. One of our favorites.

Yup, Myakka is what I meant and typed Koreshan instead. That new section of Myakka has nice gravel pads. Koreshan has dirt pads.

Yes, the new section (Palmetto Ridge...shhh....don't tell anyone, lol) is beautiful. Overall though the park is great. Canoe rentals, hiking, biking trails, lots to do. Someone there introduced us to Geocaching. There are several hidden items at Myakka. Here's one of them:

Thanks. Used to live in Chicago for many years so I know what that's all about. Brrrr... "Back in the day" cold weather tent camping was fun too. Now "cold weather" camping means keeping the ac set on low!
