Happy Thanksgiving to all,

I recently purchased a Fuzion 375 & can not find any literature on the size of the fuel tanks. I am not 100% sure of the size of the gen set fuel tank but I estimate that it is 15 gallons. I have not filled the full station to give an estimate but was wondering if anyone had an idea on size or can lead me in the direction to find sizes of the fuel tanks.

***Side Note*** This is the first time we have used the new 5th and I am loving her so far. (tx)

Welcome to the forum! Glad you are enjoying your TH!

According to the Fuzion specs, the fuel station is 30 gallons. No spec on the gen. We have never filled up the gen tank as we add from the fuel station as needed. Plus its hard to drain the gen tank. Have never come close to running low with 30 gallons of fuel. Your mileage may vary;)

Not exactely sure about the 375 but I just bought a 2013 395 and I was told both the gen tank and the "toy" fuel tanks are both 30gals. I have yet to fill both of them just going off of what I was told. Its too bad its hard to find good info on these units. Good luck

The gen set must be about 15-18, I just added about 9gallons to gen fuel tank & was under 1/4 of a tank but now the gage reads full. I am seriously doubting that it's a 30 gallon take. I think I will feel up the fuel station on the next outing. We have been dry dock outside family house since late Thurs night and have not been running gen much and seem it has consumed a lot compared to other trailers we have had.

Thanks For All the help. (tx)

My raptor 300mp is two 30 gallon tanks.

Does yours pop and expand? My fuel station tank pops all the time, generator One does not

I don't know about the 375, but my 315 is advertised as having 2 ea 30 gallon tanks. Looking at the tanks underneath, they appear to be the same size. With all the other cost cutting measures I have seen Keystone using lately, I have no reason to believe that they would use different tanks between models. I guess the only way to truly know the capacity is to drain the generator tank by pulling the fuel line then refill it to find it's true capacity.

I hope to run the gen tank pretty dry tomorrow morning before the trip back home, once I get close to home I will fill both tanks and see what I come up with. I just add another 7-9 gallons as gen gauge was sitting on 1/4 and after adding gauge read right about 3/4 full.

 Would you think they would put a 15-18 gallon on a 10ft garage and put the 25-30 gallon on a 12ft garage? :banghead:

I put 6 gal of fuel in my gen tank and it was almost 1/2 full by the gauge. Not sure what I have either in my 2012 375. Yep, was advertised as 2-30 gal tanks too.

Side note - We store our 5er when not in use and have noticed that our fuel tanks seem to be "losing" fuel. Does anyone have any locking caps on their fill connections and if so, what kind/brand fit both of them?

Don't mean to hijack the thread....:D

I am looking for locking caps myself, so if you find out be sure to relay the info. On the issues of the tanks, I have a call into the dealer about the size of my tanks, as I fill like I have not gotten what was advertised & paid for.

@aburns20 - does your fuel station tank holds 30 gallons? I have yet to fill mine?

I'll be sure to post what I find. One of my local auto parts stores said to bring the 5er by and he would help me find "something" that would work. Not sure I like the words "find something" but it may be all I have to go with.

Keep us posted on what the dealer tells you. I have yet to fill mine completely as I do not want to "lose" any more fuel.

With today's cost of fuel, I have considered locking fuel caps for our vehicles.
One of my concerns is: Will the damage the thief does getting the locking cap off exceed the cost of the fuel?
Might be cheaper to let the thief have the fuel:confused:

I had the same problem. I crawled under the trailer and each had a tag on it with the size in gallons.

I got keyed alike dual locking gas caps for our Fuzion at auto zone. CST is the brand and 5991 is the part #. We have had no problems. Hope this helps.

Topped off my generator tank when I winterized. It was near empty and took 12 gallons so I'm going with 2 tanks, each 15 gallons for a total of 30. Haven't used the other tank so the jury is still out...

I haven't checked underneath on ours, but was told it was 18 and 30. Guess I will need to check it out next time I get to the storage yard.
