Soon we will have had our Everest for ten years. It’s a high mileage fiver and we have replaced numerous items to keep it modern and looking good.

In this picture you can see that we have replaced all cornices and installed new blinds, added a couple of rocker chairs with glider foot stools and, replaced that heavy old 27” analog TV with a new 32” flat screen HDTV.

The new awning. (That's a NH CG).

We have a two year old Keystone Outback. I need to access the windows (a leak) but cannot figure out how to remove the cornice. Since it is relatively new, I would like to remove & re-install. Can you tell me how it is fastened? I cannot find any screws in the fabric.

When we installed custom blinds throughout the trailer we took down all the cornices and changed the material. (Thousands of staples to pull and then replace.) The cornices were held in place with screws. Some were hard to find and then to get a screwdriver in there to remove them.

Here is a picture of new blinds and new cornice materials.
