Any Propane Professional's?

Do we have any propane professionals among our members? Here's my issue. I have one of my 30 Lb. LP Tanks that works fine for about a week after I fill it then it registers empty on my tank switch over valve. The tank feels like it's still half full when I take it out of the compartment. I turn on my other tank it works fine. Can anyone tell me why this is? To much liquid in the tank, new fangled shut off valve malfunctioning? Any thoughts????:confused:

Swap the positions of the tanks and see if the problem goes with the tank or it stays on the same side. It has to be a bad OPD valve(unlikely, a pigtail(they have a check valve that can stick), or the regulator.
