Can I use both 6 and 12 volt deep cycle batteries in a series for my RV??

If you mean "one 6v and one 12v" in series? Then no.
In series, voltage is additive (think of a flashlight with stacked batteries - they are in series - positive to negative to positive...
In parallel, volts remains the same and amps are additive
You can mix and match 6v and 12v but only if you have two 6v in series to get 12v, then connect that to your 12v in parallel.
